Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Benefits Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Buckhead. This role is ideal for a benefits professional with well-rounded experience, including leave administration, who enjoys supporting employees and working with benefits data.

Role: Benefits Analyst

Location: Buckhead / Atlanta, GA

Onsite: 4 days onsite

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $30–$35/hour; $65K–$75K if converted to permanent

What You'll Do:

• Manage leave inquiries and guide employees and managers through leave processes and policies.
• Support health and welfare, retirement, disability, wellness, and other benefit programs.
• Analyze benefits and leave data, prepare reports, and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile benefit accounts, process monthly billing, and support regulatory compliance.
• Maintain benefits data and resolve employee issues.
• Assist with 401(k) administration, audits, reporting, and benefit plan renewals.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of relevant benefits experience, including familiarity with leave administration.
• Genuine passion for benefits and interest in growing within the field.
• Strong organization, time-management, and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with Workday, ADP, or similar benefits/payroll systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
